SevenTwentyNine's Commitment on Privacy

SevenTwentyNine Inc. (“SevenTwentyNine”, “we” or “us”) provides this Privacy Statement to inform our Customers about our practices regarding personal information. In this statement, we explain:

• How we use that information
• The choices we offer, including how to access and update information.

1. Application
This privacy statement applies to all applications and services offered by SevenTwentyNine – collectively referred to as the “Services”.

SevenTwentyNine collects information to provide better service to all of our Customers. We collect information in two ways:

SevenTwentyNine will require you to provide us with personal information, such as your name, email address, phone number, address or location when you express an interest in obtaining additional information about the Services, register to use the Services or purchase the Services.

    • Details of how you used our service
    • IP address
    • Cookies that may uniquely identify your browser or your Customer Account
    • Analytics. SevenTwentyNine may use web site analytics tools on our websites to retrieve information from your browser, including the site you came from, the search engine and the keywords you used to find our site, the pages you view within our site, your browser add-ons, and your browser's width and height.
    • Cookies and anonymous identifiers. SevenTwentyNine uses various technologies to collect and store information when you visit a SevenTwentyNine Service, and this may include sending one or more cookies or anonymous identifiers to your device. You have the ability to accept or decline cookies. Most web browsers automatically accept cookies, but you can usually modify your browser setting to decline cookies if you prefer. If you choose to decline cookies, you may not be able to use services that depend on cookies.

3. How we use information we collect
SevenTwentyNine uses the information we collect from the Services to provide, maintain, protect and improve Services, to develop new ones, and to protect SevenTwentyNine and our customers.

SevenTwentyNine may also use information that we collect for marketing purposes. For example, we may use information you provide to contact you to further discuss your interest in the Services , or to send you information regarding us and our partners, such as information about promotions or events. You can opt-out from receiving promotional e-mail anytime by sending Support an email to this effect.

The Company will ask for your consent before using your information for a purpose other than those that are set out in this Privacy Statement.

Personal information collected on SevenTwentyNine sites and Services may be stored and processed in Canada, the United States or any other country in which SevenTwentyNine or its affiliates, subsidiaries or service providers maintain facilities.

4. Accessing and updating your personal information
Some of our services give you the ability to view or edit your personal information online or via an app. In these instances, we require that you first sign-in so as to help prevent your personal information from being viewed by others. Requests to access, change, or delete your information will be handled within 30 days.

5. Information we share
SevenTwentyNine does not share personal information with companies, organizations and individuals outside of SevenTwentyNine unless one of the following circumstances apply:

• With your consent. We will share personal information with companies, organizations or individuals outside of SevenTwentyNine when we have your consent to do so. We require opt-in consent for the sharing of any sensitive personal information.
• For external processing. We provide personal information to our affiliates or other trusted businesses or persons to process it for us. These activities are based on our instructions and in compliance with our Privacy Statement and any other appropriate confidentiality and security measures.
• For legal reason. We will share personal information with companies, organizations or individuals outside of SevenTwentyNine if we have a good-faith belief that access, use, preservation or disclosure of the information is reasonably necessary to:

  • enforce applicable Terms of Service, including investigation of potential violations.
  • detect, prevent, or otherwise address fraud, security or technical issues.
  • protect against harm to the rights, property or safety of SevenTwentyNine, our users or the public as required or permitted by law.

We may share or disclose non-personally identifiable information publicly and with our partners. For example, we may share information publicly to show trends about the general use of our services.

We may also disclose personal information as part of a corporate transaction such as a merger or sale of assets.

6. Communication Preferences
SevenTwentyNine offers customers and visitors who provide contact information a means to choose how we use the information provided. You may manage your receipt of marketing and non-transactional communications by clicking on the “unsubscribe” link located on the bottom of the Company’s marketing emails. Additionally, you may send a request specifying your communications preferences to privacy [at] SevenTwentyNine [dot] com. Customers cannot opt out of receiving transactional emails related to their account with SevenTwentyNine or the Services.

7. Information security
SevenTwentyNine is committed to protecting us and our customers from unauthorized access, unauthorized alteration, disclosure and destruction of information we hold. We use various administrative, technical and physical security measures to protect your personal information. For example, we encrypt our services using the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol when we transmit confidential information over the Internet.

8. Enforcement

9. Changes
Our Privacy Statement may change from time to time. We will post any privacy statement changes on this page and, if the changes are significant, we will provide a more prominent notice (including, for certain services, email notification of privacy statement changes). When we post changes to this Statement, we will revise the "last modified" date at the top of this statement.
